Glad to hear you will be at Ft. Riley for the return of your friends, we too will be there to see our son, Sgt. Robert L. Savant. Unfortuntley we will not be there for the ceremony, but will be arriving on Monday, April 14. Hope you are still there, Lyle has told us so much about you. Love and prayers...Elaine Savant

Hey Matt, saw a link to your blog from the Lenexa VFW, and have seen the website before. I graduated ON myself a few years before you. You are lookin good man, and im glad you have all the support you do because you surely deserve it. I ETS next week and will be movin back to Leawood. Maybe we can meet up sometime. I will probably be getting involved with the Lenexa post (which is where I saw the link for your blog) Myself im a twice OIF vet with 2/2 11b. Were you in in 2-16? They were on our FOB my second time around in 07. Anyways!
