Matt was born in Seoul, South Korea, and adopted by his parents, Gary and Barbara, when he was 10 months old. He grew up in the Kansas City area and graduated from Olathe North High School. Matt has two beautiful daughters, Taena and Jaelen.

Matt, You guys are my hero's. I love all you brave young men and women that are protecting our freedoms. I Pray every night for the safety of our troops and a special prayer for you and all the wounded hero's. God Bless You and your beautiful family.
